The Rondo studios are being overseen and developed by Kultur Service Gesellschaft des Landes Steiermark (KSG). International artists and theoreticians are invited to apply.

The following are available:

eight work studios,

each to be assigned for a year;

 

four studio apartments,

each to be assigned for indivual duration. We try to respect artists preferences.

 

Call for applications

The call for applications will be made at the beginning of the calendar year via advertisements in the media, on  www.kulturservice.steiermark.at,  www.kultur.steiermark.at,  www.resartis.org,  www.transartists.org, and also by mailshot to cultural institutions.

An independent expert jury will select the artists who are to be invited from the applications sent to the department for cultural affairs of the province of Styria.

 

Costs

The studios are provided rent-free.

Incidental costs incurred through the free-of-charge provision of the studio are to be borne by the artist. These are in particular the operating costs, costs of energy, the cost of materials, living expenses, travel expenses etc.
