The Province of Styria artists' studios are located in a newly constructed complex of buildings in the Lend area of Graz.

Situated on the fourth and fifth floors, they offer the convenience of spacious modern architecture together with spectacular views of Graz.

The city centre is 15 minutes away by foot.

Work studios 4th floor

 

On the fourth floor there are eight work studios ranging from 35 to 50 square metres. These have large windows, steel sinks and cement flooring.

Six of the eight studios have high ceilings that incorporate the floor above, and are thus suitable for larger formats and objects. In addition to this, they have direct access to the balcony.

At the disposal of all of the work studios are a communal kitchen, bathrooms and toilets.

Studio apartments 5th floor

The four studio apartments for residents are located on the fifth floor. They range from 54 to 68 square metres in size and include a work area and living quarters with kitchenette and bathroom/toilet.

The living quarters are equipped with a double sofa bed and bed linen, cupboard, table, chair, tableware and towels.

A washing machine is available for shared use.
